PURPOSE: A hot runner valve nozzle forming an air adiabatic space around a valve gate is provided to smooth the surface of products without projections by stopping the supply of synthetic resin by the air and cooling instantaneously the resin in the valve gate. CONSTITUTION: A hot runner valve nozzle forming an air adiabatic space(20) around a valve gate(19) is composed of upper and lower pin guides(4,5); a nozzle body(6); a nozzle pin(11) moving up and down in a runner(3) by a lift plate; a nozzle tip(8) holding the nozzle body; a coil heater(9) covering the nozzle body and the nozzle tip; a nozzle cap(17) installed outside the coil heater; and a nozzle cap head(18) combined under the nozzle cap. Each component of the hot runner valve nozzle is separated from or assembled to each other. The nozzle body and the nozzle tip are separated or not. The nozzle cap and the nozzle cap head are integrated to or separated from each other. The air adiabatic space is formed between the nozzle tip and the nozzle cap head in mounting the nozzle cap head to the nozzle tip having the valve gate at the lower end.
