PURPOSE: Provided is a method of drying a hand by splashing moisture of a hand to come in contact with a brush, using a centrifugal force of the brush which is rotated by a shaft of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A brush is mounted on a rotating shaft of a motor(2). A case(1) is disposed to prevent splash of water. A water pipe is disposed to clean an inner surface of the case. The motor is engaged to a right surface of the case by a screw. The rotating shaft is formed integrally with a cylindrical brush by assembling a wire, the cylindrical brush, a washer in turn. The end of the rotating shaft is held by a bearing disposed on a left surface of the case. A front surface of the case is formed with an inlet(13) for allowing the hand to enter the case.
