PURPOSE: A variable intake system of a V-shaped engine is provided to vary the length of an intake passage according to an operation range of the engine and to simplify the structure of a component. CONSTITUTION: A variable intake system of a V-shaped engine(20) having an inner space of a surge tank(30) and an intake passage(50) connected with an intake port(21), which are branched to both upper parts of the engine to guide the air passing through a throttle body(22) into a combustion chamber is composed of a fixed separating wall(32) for dividing the surge tank into upper and lower spaces and having a longitudinal fixing through-hole(34) formed in the middle; a cylindrical separating wall(40) contacted with the fixed separating wall, received rotatively in one of the upper and lower spaces of the surge tank, and formed with a movable through-hole(42) disposed in the middle of a cylinder unit to continue helically; a driving unit(61) connected with a rotary shaft(41) of the cylindrical separating wall to turn the rotary shaft and to change an overlapped position of the fixing and movable through-holes according to an operation range of the engine; and an electronic control unit(60) for controlling the rotational direction and speed of the driving unit according to the operation range of the engine.
