FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should determine the content of LMMMS in blood plasma, total concentration of albumins and, additionally, according to LMMMS content in erythrocytes and LII one should calculate intoxication index (II) by the formula and at its value ranged 1.51-5.00 c.u.- the 1st degree of endotoxicosis is detected, at 5.01-10.00 c.u. - the 2nd degree, and at 10.01-20.00 c.u. - the 3d degree, and above 20.00 c.u. - terminal degree of endotoxicosis should be stated upon.
