摘要 FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, automatic milking equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: automatic milking unit has milking box, movable base with rotating mechanism, mechanism for vertical displacement of carriage, and mechanism for transverse displacement of beam, the latter mechanism being arranged in carriage. Mechanism for longitudinal displacement of milking manipulator and mechanism for longitudinal displacement of udder massaging manipulator are mounted on beam ends. Udder sanitary treatment apparatus is disposed on the latter mechanism. Udder sanitary treatment apparatus and washing apparatus are connected through two-section switch with washing liquid reservoir via circuit defined by pipeline, solenoid valve, and pump. Milking unit control system is furnished with computer. Milking unit is equipped with milking unit control system, identification receiver and emitter. Information receiving device and information transmission device are connected to milking unit control system and electric circuits with teat cup setting sensors and milk flow sensors. Control system provides for changing of vacuum extent depending on intensity of milk delivery by each individual teat and for switching off of teat cups upon completing of milking process by means of solenoid valves. Control system regulates teat cup putting-on operation and milking procedure for all udder quadrants, and provides for washing of teat cups and supplying of milk into milk pipeline by means distributor. Upon completing of milking process, control system moves milking manipulator to zero position. Automatic milking unit has reduced number of links and is equipped with known approved electric, hydraulic and pneumatic drives owing to combined milking and udder sanitary treatment operations in single unit. ^ EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation, reduced tendency to mastitis diseases, reduced time for preparatory operations and animal care, and increased efficiency. ^ 10 cl, 9 dwg
