PURPOSE: A load cell and an apparatus and a method for measuring a bearing force are provided to measure the bearing force and a peripheral frictional force in a small ground load by using a cylinder. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring a bearing power includes an upper plate(100) and a lower plate(200). At least two cylinders(300) are aligned with a uniform interval by uniformly supplying a pressure to a lower surface of the upper plate(100) and an upper surface of the lower plate(200). A displacement measuring device(400) measures a displacement of the upper plate(100) and the lower plate(200). At least one penetration hole is formed at the upper plate(100) and the lower plate(200). The upper plate(100) and the lower plate(200) are formed with perforated holes extending in a downward direction.
