FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely processes for making cast oxide material on base of aluminum oxide suitable for making casting molds, abrasive and refractory materials, particularly for manufacture of aircraft engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing reaction mixture of initial components containing oxides of VI and III chrome, aluminum and carbon; placing mixture into graphite mold; arranging mold in reactor; locally igniting mixture under pressure of inert gas; adding to initial mixture nickel oxide at next relation of components, mass %: chrome VI oxide, 25 -28; chrome III oxide, 27 - 29; aluminum, 24 -28, carbon, 7 -9; nickel II oxide, 9 -14; placing between said mixture and wall of mold functional layer with thickness 3 - 7 mm of mixture containing 6 -50 mass % of chrome III oxide and 50 - 94 mass % of alumina. ^ EFFECT: lowered content of impurities in target material, enhanced heat conductivity, high quality of casting molds made of oxide material. ^ 2 tbl, 1 ex |
