PURPOSE: Provided is a variable pressure control fuel cell device to allow the pressure of a fuel cell stack to be controlled mechanically and simply by a check valve without using a complex control system. CONSTITUTION: The variable pressure control fuel cell device(100) comprises a discharge pipe line which is provided with a main line(12) provided at one side of a fuel cell stack(10) of an electrical automobile and a plurality of branch lines(14, 16, 18) connected with each main line, and discharges gas; and a pressure control member(20) which is mounted on the branch lines of the discharge pipe line and selectively opens and closes the discharge pipe line according to the pressure of the fuel cell stack. Preferably the pressure control member opens a minimum number of branch lines at the low pressure setting of branch lines and opens a maximum number of branch lines at the high pressure setting of branch lines when the pressure of the fuel cell stack reaches the set value from a low voltage to a high voltage step by step. |
