PC-BASED VARIABLE FREQUENCY INVERTER TYPE HIGH-OUTPUT CONTACT RESISTANCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A PC-based variable frequency inverter type high-output contact resistance measurement system and a measuring method thereof are provided to measure easily a ground resistance by applying variably a large amount of measurement current to a target ground part. CONSTITUTION: A measurement current generator(100) is used for changing a frequency of a measurement current and applying the changed frequency to a target ground part. A current/voltage measurement unit(200) measures a waveform of the measurement current applied to a ground electrode and a waveform of ground potential generated by the measurement current. A ground resistance measurement unit(300) converts the measurement current and the ground potential to digital signals and filters the converted signals. An insulating unit(400) insulates the measurement current generator, the current/voltage measurement unit, and the ground resistance measurement unit.
