摘要 PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to minimize parasite capacitance(Cgd) deviation at a neighboring pixel region even though a misalignment is generated toward 'Y' and 'X' shafts, thereby preventing image badness from generating. CONSTITUTION: The first and second gate lines(90a,90b) are arrayed on a lower substrate in parallel and in a single direction. A common line(90c) is formed on the same layer of the first and second gate lines and arrayed between the gate lines in parallel. The first and second data lines(94a,94b) are crossed with the first and second gate lines and define the first and second pixel regions. The first and second TFTs(Thin Film Transistor)(TFT1,TFT2) comprises the first and gate electrodes(92a,92b) protruded toward sides of the gate lines. The first and second source electrodes(95a,95b) of the TFTs are protruded from sides of the data lines in order to be overlapped with upper portions of the gate electrodes. The first and second drain electrodes(96a,96b) of the TFTs are isolated from the source electrodes and overlapped with Y shaft direction of the gate electrodes. Pixel electrodes(97a,97b) are formed on the pixel regions.
