摘要 PURPOSE: A laser marking machine for double-side marking is provided to perform automatic double-side marking without a worker for reversing a substrate and to reduce the time for marking by removing a suspension process for reversing the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A laser marking machine for double-side marking comprises a body having an upper plate, a substrate supply unit installed at the inlet part of the upper plate to supply a substrate(1) to mark, a substrate recovery unit installed at the outlet of the upper plate to recover the marked substrate, a work table installed between the substrate supply unit and the substrate recovery unit to perform marking on the substrate, and a marking unit placed on the work table and having a laser head moving in x and y directions with x and y rectangular coordinates robots. The work table is reversed by a reverse unit(70) to mark both sides of the substrate.
