OUTPUT TERMINAL STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE ALTERNATOR, HAVING OUTPUT TERMINAL INTEGRALLY EXTENDED FROM HEAT SINK

PURPOSE: An output terminal structure is provided to reduce the number of parts and simplify manufacturing procedures by integrally extending an output terminal from a heat sink. CONSTITUTION: An output terminal(300) comprises an extended plate portion(310) formed by extending a certain part of a heat sink(91) outward from a rear bracket of a vehicle alternator; and a coupling portions(320) protruded from the extended plate portion. The coupling portion has a through hole for assembly of a terminal bolt(340). A vehicle alternator includes a case having a rear bracket and a front bracket; a shaft arranged in the case; a rotor fixed at the rotor; a stator fixed at an inner wall of the case; a slip ring fixed at an end of the shaft; a pair of brushes contacting the slip ring; a brush assembly accommodating the brushes; a commutator assembly electrically connected to the stator; the heat sink fixed at the brush assembly; and a regulator contacting the heat sink and regulating AC voltage level generated from the stator.
