PURPOSE: A hinge structure and a photographic apparatus or a portable electronic apparatus using the same are provided to connect rotatably the first and second cases through a 2-axis hinge structure, thereby simultaneously rotating the first and second cases in directions opposite to each other through simple operation. CONSTITUTION: The first rotating motion shaft(31) is fixed to the first case(10). The first gear member(31b) is mounted to a partial circumference of the first rotating motion shaft. The second rotating motion shaft(32) is fixed to the second case(20). The second gear member(32b) is mounted to a partial circumference of the first rotating motion shaft. The first gear member is engaged directly with the second gear member so that they are simultaneously rotated with directions opposite to each other.
