PURPOSE: A method and a system for offering realty price information based on price information and change information of each region through the Internet are provided to offer the reliable price information by selecting more than 2 price examining dealers from the same region and repeatedly examining/processing the realty price information of each region. CONSTITUTION: A price examining dealer selecting system(100) maps a realty dealer and a realty by selecting more than 2 price examining dealer from the same region. An information collecting/verifying system(200) collects the price information such as the highest/general/lowest price by requesting realty/price information and weekly/monthly information to the price examining dealer, and registers the information by calculating a weekly change. A service system(300) provides the collected/managed realty price information through an Internet homepage. A price/complex information/realty dealer management system(400) verifies/manages the price information, and manages the information for the realty and a surrounding environment, and an activity status of the realty dealer.
