PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have a reflective plate capable of enhancing a view angle. CONSTITUTION: A reflective plate(125) including a pixel electrode(111) is formed on the first substrate(110). An asymmetric shape protrusion and depression pattern(108) having an inclined surface long extended toward one direction. A liquid crystal(130) is formed between the first and second substrate(120). TFTs(Thin Film Transistor)(T) are formed on the first substrate. The TFT comprises a gate electrode(101) formed on the first substrate, a gate insulating layer(103) formed on the gate insulating layer, a semiconductor layer(105a) formed on the gate insulating layer, and source/drain electrodes(107a,107b) formed on the semiconductor layer.
