PURPOSE: A method for changing outputs of multi-audio channels is provided to obtain desired audio outputs by variably controlling audio output levels on the basis of the predetermined output control information according to audio channels. CONSTITUTION: A user sets up variably a plurality of multi-audio output channels outputted to a plurality of speakers which are connected to a home theater system. Multi-audio data read and reproduced from a recoding medium are outputted to the speakers by referring to the multi-audio output channel. An OSD image is outputted to change and set the multi-audio output channel. The user selects and defines each of audio outputs of the speakers by using the OSD image.
