PURPOSE: A transmissive LCD device having a CCF(Cholesteric liquid crystal Color Filter) is provided to improve color characteristic without using a high light-collecting type back light, and a CCF is provided to obtain a color region that transmits only light of a corresponding color pitch. CONSTITUTION: A transmissive LCD device includes first and second substrates arranged to face each other, color regions formed inside the first substrate, transmitting red, green and blue colors, a CCF(212) formed between the color regions, having a polarizing region that reflects light of the whole wavelength including red, green and colors, a first polarizing plate positioned outside the first substrate, a back light unit positioned at the rear of the first polarizing plate supplying a light source, a phase differential plate positioned outside the second substrate, a second polarizing plate positioned outside the phase differential plate, and a liquid crystal layer interposed between the first and second substrates.
