WIRE TAKE-UP DEVICE OF AN ELEVATOR WITH A DOUBLE-STRUCTURED TAKE-UP DRUM WOUND WITH MAIN AND AUXILIARY WIRES

PURPOSE: A wire take-up device of an elevator is provided to rotate a take-up drum at different rotation rates regardless of tension generated from main and auxiliary wires and to prevent wrong operation for winding up the wires. CONSTITUTION: A wire take-up device of an elevator is composed of a fixed body(2) in which an electric motor(M) is installed; a cover(4) combined with the fixed body by a plurality of fixing bars(3); a rotary shaft(6) installed by a bearing housing(5') to rotate by the electric motor and formed with a contact piece(6') on the outer peripheral surface; a take-up unit comprising first and second rotary bodies(12,13) combined with the rotary shaft by a bush(11) and rotated by a bearing(23) and first and second take-up drums(15,16) joined with the first and second rotary bodies by a fixing screw; a press member(20) combined with the rotary shaft by a key to interlock with the rotary shaft; and a leaf spring(30) rebounded to the rotary shaft by a fixed plate(31) and a support body(32).
