PURPOSE: A method for masking the ringing in DDR SDRAM is provided to prevent the ringing by enabling DIS_DSB signal through synchronizing with the last falling edge of normal DQS signal. CONSTITUTION: A method for masking the ringing in DDR SDRAM comprises the steps of: generating the first and the second synchronizing signal by DQS signal from the outside for synchronizing input data, in write mode; sequently latching odd data from the data input in the rising edge of the first synchronizing signal, and sequently latching even data from the data input in the rising edge of the second synchronizing signal; matching timing the odd data with even data in the falling edge of the DQS signal; preventing an enabling of the second synchronizing signal by using the first control signal enabled by synchronizing in the last falling edge of normal DQS signal.
