PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence display is provided to achieve improved efficiency of light emission, by attaching a polymer film to an organic substrate of the display. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence display comprises a substrate(1); a transparent anode electrode formed at a rear surface of the substrate; an organic light emitting layer(3) formed on the anode electrode; and an opaque cathode electrode(4) formed on the organic light emitting layer; and a two-dimensional grating film(5) attached beneath the substrate. The two-dimensional grating film has a pattern cycle of 200nm or lower.
