PURPOSE: Provided is an anti-inflammatory/abirritant composition for cleaning the anus, which is extracted from mixture of mugwort, purslane and green tea plant. The composition solves problems of a secondary infection, and is effective for anti-inflammation/abirritant. CONSTITUTION: The anti-inflammatory/abirritant composition for cleaning the anus is characterized by containing 1-30 wt.% of the extracts of mugwort, purslane and green tea plant which are obtained by using ethanol, methanol, propanol, butanol, glycerine, propyleneglycol, butylene glycol or mixture thereof as extraction solvent.
