PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a herbal medicine composition for steam bath of the private parts and the anus, thereby preventing and treating dermatitis of the private parts and the anus. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a herbal medicine composition for steam bath of the private parts and the anus comprises the steps of: mixing Artemisia Messerschmidtiana Besser powder with the powder of auxiliary herbal medicines; mixing innoxious adhesives composed of wheat and buckwheat with the mixture; forming the mixture with a molding apparatus; drying the formed product in a far-infrared dryer for 3-5 hours; and drying it naturally in the shade for 20-28 hours.
