PURPOSE: A CDMA wireless transceiving composite module is provided to integratedly realize an RF inductor for ESD(Electrostatic Discharge) protecting, without increasing the number of processes or size, thereby reducing a defective proportion of an SAW element caused by an ESD during set mass production. CONSTITUTION: A power amplifier(61) is comprised on a transmission signal input terminal(TX IN). A matching circuit(62) is connected to an output of the power amplifier(61), and matches transmission signals. An SAW duplexer(63) is comprised, wherein a transmission signal input side is connected to the matching circuit(62) while a receiving signal output side is connected to a receiving signal output end(RX out) and a common end is connected to an antenna end(ANT). An ESD protecting inductor(64) is disposed between the antenna end(ANT) and a ground.
