The method involves calculating flow associated to each flux after applying a code conversion method. Client devices connected to a network are classified according to prerecorded characteristics related to capacity of client devices. A code conversion method admissible for each client is selected from a set of predetermined code conversion methods based on calculated flow and classification of clients.
