PURPOSE: A scribing method and an aligning method in an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) with a plastic substrate are provided to securely scribe the plastic substrate of the LCD without damage of the plastic substrate by using a cutting blade. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(100) is formed on a plastic substrate(200). To perform a scribing process, a cutting blade(300) is inserted in the transparent electrode, and then, is inserted in the plastic substrate, thereby selectively cutting the transparent electrode and the plastic substrate sequentially. To perform an aligning process, a hole is formed by selectively cutting the plastic substrate and a guide pin is installed at a stage of an apparatus, wherein the guide pin is positioned corresponding to the hole of the plastic substrate.
