PURPOSE: An intelligent algorithm for circuit connecting to transmit data and a voice is provided to eliminate unnecessary jumper command codes which are continuously increased, and to assign a clear circuit configuration, thereby reducing a defective proportion and a test time for line connecting, consequently overall working time is shortened. CONSTITUTION: Two basic objects are defined, and a system creates objects distinguished by line, depending on whether each contact is overlapped(108-1,108-2). The system conducts an operation of distinguishing nodes of each contact by line(108-3). In case of a tie, node positions are controlled(108-4). Jumper lines for connecting, removing, and recycling are selected in consideration of a tie position(108-5,108-6).
