PURPOSE: A warning sound dispersion control device and a method of a distance warning system are provided to easily check a warning position of an object through a cubical warning sound output from the distance warning system and to improve convenience by unifying the output of the dispersed and controlled warning sound through a speaker. CONSTITUTION: In a distance warning system comprising front, side, and back warning systems(FWS,LH_SWS,RH_SWS,BWS) for outputting a predetermined warning sound from a detection motion of distance sensors(F1,S1,B1) positioned at front, lateral, and rear sides, a warning sound dispersion control device is composed of a MOST network(10) laid to upload the warning sound data by each channel with corresponding to the result output by calculating a distance sensing value of the vehicle and an object detected by the distance sensor by the front, side, and back warning systems; a MOST amplifier(20) for receiving the warning sound data divided by the channel in the MOST network, dividing the warning sound data of each channel into the front, side, and back warning systems, controlling and outputting a parameter value of a warning sound output level according to the distance to a speaker corresponding to the warning position; and a MOST body(30) for supplying a synchronization area uploading the warning sound data in the MOST network as a master of MOST communications and displaying the warning position and distance on a screen of a monitor.
