PURPOSE: A dispensing closure is provided to firmly fasten an automatic sealing valve to a closure body without using a separate ring and to remarkably reduce possibility of defective and failure related with the sealing valve. CONSTITUTION: The dispensing closure includes a closure body and an automatic sealing valve(300), and a cap hingedly engaged to the closure body. The automatic sealing valve is firmly fixed to an internal space defined by a horizontal cover, a vertical cover and an upper cover of the closure body. The sealing valve has a horizontal portion(312) corresponding to the horizontal cover, and a vertical portion(314) corresponding to the vertical cover. The sealing valve consists of a stationary member for fixing the sealing valve to the closure body, and a movable member for opening and closing the sealing valve.
