PURPOSE: A device for regulating a damper of a microwave oven is provided to reduce the size and the weight of the microwave oven by simplifying the structure of the microwave oven, and to increase the productivity and cut down manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts. CONSTITUTION: A damper regulating device of a microwave oven is composed of a convection fan driving motor(200), a rectifier circuit(210) extracting and rectifying voltage from the convection fan driving motor, and a damper opening unit(220) opening and closing the damper by using power from the rectifier circuit. The rectifier circuit is connected partially to the coil of the convection fan driving motor. The voltage is supplied to the rectifier circuit according to the rate of the winding number of the coil of the convection fan driving motor to the winding number between both sides connected to the rectifier circuit. The damper regulating device is automatically operated in actuating the convection fan driving motor without the control unit or the relay.
