PURPOSE: A TCP(Tape Carrier Package) structure is provided to test output of a driver IC(Integrated Circuit) even in a state that a TCP pad is connected with a panel and peripheral elements are not disassembled. CONSTITUTION: A TCP(200) structure for output test on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) includes a base film(30) having a plurality of output pins(32) at one end and a plurality of input pins(33) at the other end, a driver IC(31) provided on the base film having a plurality of output and input terminals, first lines(34,34b) connecting the output terminals with the output pins, a second line(35) connecting the input terminals with the input pins, and a third line(37) connecting the output terminals with the input pins. The respective line is provided on the base film. Also, the output pins are also connected with a liquid crystal panel and the input pins are connected with the PCB. The number of the input pins is greater than that of the input terminals of the driver IC. The second and third lines are respectively connected with different input pins.
