PURPOSE: A method for paying for mobile phone service charges by a prepaid system is provided to immediately confirm whether service charges are paid, by introducing a prepaid card without inputting an identity number except a telephone number of other party. CONSTITUTION: As soon as service charges are paid, a user can use a mobile phone service. When using the mobile phone service, the user does not have to input a separate identity number. The user uses the mobile phone service within a designated service range through one-time authentication/registration. A prepaid card or a terminal identity system is used. An advertisement can be attached on an empty space of the prepaid card. The prepaid card is rechargeable by paid money.
