PURPOSE: A device for decoratively arranging the flowers is provided to maximize the beauty of expression, to maintain the efficiency of flower decoration for a long time by improving the fixing force of flower stalk, and to lengthen the flower life by preventing the flower stalk from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: The device for decoratively arranging the flowers includes: a supporting frame(10), having a determined shape and an insertion hole which penetrates the inside thereof; and a supporting body(20), having many rotary balls which are continuously connected by means of a connecting unit with flexibility. The flowers are inserted through the space between the supporting body(20) and the neighbored supporting body(20) as well as through the insertion hole of the supporting frame(10) and then arranged. The supporting body(20) is so configured that the supporting body(20) with an upper position and that(20) with a lower one are adjacent and crossed to each other.
