PURPOSE: Provided are an inner stuffing for a pillow, mat blanket and fluffed cotton which are prepared using all-natural, environment-friendly materials to provide greater functional capacity for a comfortable sleep and a healthier choice and to be suitably used for people with chemical sensitivities. CONSTITUTION: The inner stuffing comprises: paulownia wood shavings obtained by well drying paulownia wood, removing bark from the dry paulownia wood, planing, and drying again for about one week before storage in a gunny bag; and optional components exemplified by crystal, mugwort, elvan, tourmalin, and so on, the optional components having various advantageous functions including far IR radiation, aromatic and deodorizing effects, anti-microbial activity, and dehumidifying and absorbing effects.
