摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing containing can for nuclear fuel is to minimize size tolerance by using a plasma welding or laser welding, thereby improving product quality and reliability of the containing can for the nuclear fuel. CONSTITUTION: Cut plates(10) are bent by using a mold. The cut plates are engaged with each other by using plasma welding or laser beam welding. A medium plate(14) and a cover plate(16) are attached to the outer surface of the plate, and an electric resistance spot welding is performed. Then, the welding state is examined, and a final machining is performed. After the bent plates are engaged, an error of the inner diameter of the can is performed by using a measuring gauge in which a bar is inserted into a rectangular plate.
