PURPOSE: An apparatus for transferring a flat display panel is provided to reduce holding time for changing the position of the panel during a finishing process and easily change the position regardless of the size of the panel, thereby obtaining optimal finishing quality. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for transferring a flat display panel includes a loading portion(2) loading the panel and transferring the panel to a finishing region of the panel and a slope portion(4) positioned in the finishing region to correspond to the transferring direction of the loading portion, transferring the panel supplied from the loading portion, and whose surface being treated with a slope state. The slope portion includes a frame, rollers repeatedly moving a certain distance in the frame by a driving gear, and a lifting means changing the panel loaded in the rollers to a slope state.
