PURPOSE: A dust collecting plate assembly apparatus of an electric dust collecting device is provided which is capable of shortening an assembling period by facilitating an assembling work of the dust collecting plate, ensuring an operation safety, increasing working convenience and reducing a maintenance cost by extending a service life of the dust collecting plate. CONSTITUTION: The dust collecting plate assembly apparatus comprises: an assembly station(200) capable of accommodating a set of dust collecting plates(100), movably installed along a guide rail(210) and having four moving wheels(220); a crane for lifting the dust collecting plates(100); an upper pool wheel(330) locked by a wire(320); an accommodating frame(340) for accommodating and supporting the dust collecting plates(100); a connecting bar(350) installed at one side of the accommodating frame(340); and a fastening jig installed movably widthwise and lengthwise with respect to a jig guide to enable the dust collecting plates(100) to be assembled easily and rapidly.
