摘要 PURPOSE: A revolution control device is provided to perform a focusing operation in a stable way, by preventing revolution force produced from impacts applied to a handle member from being transmitted to a rotating shaft. CONSTITUTION: A revolution control device(300) comprises a rotating shaft(310), a knob shaft(420), and an elastic unit(430). The rotating shaft is arranged in an operating panel of a scanning electron microscopy and extended in a vertical direction of the operating panel. The rotating shaft has a first shaft connection member(350) arranged at an end thereof. The knob shaft is extended outward via a through hole formed at the operating panel, and has a handle member(410) arranged at the extended end thereof, and a second shaft connection member(390) arranged at a front end thereof opposed to the end of the rotating shaft. The knob shaft has a stopper(400) arranged to get caught at an inner surface of the through hole. The elastic unit is interposed between the stopper of the knob shaft and the end of the rotating shaft, and supports the knob shaft in such a manner that the first and second shaft connection members are coupled with each other when pressure is applied to the knob shaft and separated from each other when the pressure is released.
