PURPOSE: A manhole and pipe cleaning vehicle is provided to wash dust and filth accumulated in a manhole or a pipe line with the cleaning water and to improve work efficiency by recovering, purifying, and re-using the sewage. CONSTITUTION: A manhole and pipe cleaning vehicle is composed of a cleaning water storage tank(110) fixed on a freight loading plate of the vehicle to store the cleaning water; a cleaning water injection device(120) for removing the dust or filths piled in a manhole or a pipe line by jetting the cleaning water contained in the cleaning water storage tank; a sewage recovering device for collecting the sewage generated by the cleaning water jetted from the cleaning water injection device; a sewage storage tank(140) for keeping the sewage collected by the sewage recovering device; a sewage purifying device(150) for purifying and supplying the sewage stored in the sewage storage tank into the cleaning water storage tank; and a control unit for controlling the cleaning water injection device and the sewage recovering device.
