<p>The assembly has a locking nut movable along threading which has a jack for moving a machine with respect to floor of a building. A motor (9) axially moves the nut by its rotation and a managing unit (10) manages the synchronization of the progression of nut with a progression of a rod of the jack by auto-driven monitoring process so that gap between the rod and nut is zero or lower than a preset value.</p>
