The tool has a fixed caliper (1), a movable caliper (2), and a movable brake shoe (3) exerting pressure on a tire with the help of a binding screw (6) to enable parting of the tire from a rim. The calipers are linked by square tubes (10, 11), and restrain the tool on the rim with the help of a tension screw (4). Lengths of the tubes and the length of the screw (4) enable the restraining of the tool on the rim.
