The system has a synchronizer receiving a digital signal from an analog-digital converter to detect minimum of line synchronizing signal and to output a reference signal. An equalizer has adaptive filters (11, 12) to receive the synchronization signal and output an equalized video signal. The equalizer provides offset information to advance and to delay the reference signal and a digital-analog converter provides an analog video signal.
