PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display panel and its driving method are provided to sustain a pixel voltage charged in a liquid crystal cell without refresh period. CONSTITUTION: A selection line(SL) is supplied with a write signal and an erase signal selectively. A gate line(GL) is supplied with a scan signal. A data line(DL) is supplied with data as crossing with the gate line. A thin film transistor(T) outputs the write signal and the erase signal from the selection line in response to the scan signal from the gate line. A memory device(M) supplies data from the data line to a liquid crystal cell according to the write signal from the thin film transistor. The memory device supplies the data to the liquid crystal cell until the erase signal is inputted from the thin film transistor.
