The brush (22) extends from a cleaning rod (20) and has a rounded tip (B). Long and short bristles (23,24) are planted in alternating state along a predetermined length of the brush. The rounded tip facilitates safe insertion of brush into dental fissure without harming gums, thus removing e.g. food remains, scale, tartar from the dental fissure.
