PURPOSE: A method and a device for offering design information on the online are provided to quickly offer a design wanted from a customer by correctly understanding a design concept of related goods information and the customer through fast opinion exchange between the customer and a design provider on the online. CONSTITUTION: A selection information provider(230) provides basic information for the design to a user terminal and receives selection information for the basic information. A design modifying module(240) displays a basic design based on the selection information and a modified design reflecting a modification request item of the customer to the user terminal. After receiving settlement information, the design modifying module registers the modified design as a correction standby design, displays/registers the final design by correcting a correction request item received from the user terminal, and transmits a print/delivery order to a server by registering the final design after receiving a design approval signal from the user terminal. A database(250) stores user selection information and each design.
