PURPOSE: A method for operating an online shopping mall selling a single item for specially localized goods through the closest article repository is provided to enable a customer to easily search/buy the desired goods at a lower price through a web site offering a specified item by offering a web site with each single item after classifying diverse specially localized goods. CONSTITUTION: The goods made from a specially localized goods provider of a region are sent/stored in the article repository of each region. The customer searches the desired goods by connecting to the Internet shopping mall of a central server offering the single item for the specially localized goods and orders/buys/settles the specified goods from the searched goods. If settlement is completed, the central server orders a delivery company to deliver the goods to the customer by receiving the goods from the article repository closest to an address of the customer.
