PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple sunken kotatsu member capable of increasing a thermal insulation effect by preventing escape of the heat in the kotatsu for a living room. SOLUTION: This simple sunken kotasu member is constituted of two types of boards, that is, a total of four boards consisting of two for each type to form a rectangular frame (7).
