PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom heating/drying apparatus enabling the easy installation of a grill and a temporary lifting and internal inspection. SOLUTION: This bathroom heating/drying apparatus comprises a circulation part 9 having a suction opening 7 and a discharge opening 8 formed at the lower part thereof and a unit 5 for circulation installed therein and the grill 16 having an inlet 14 and an outlet 15 formed in the lower surface of the circulation part 9. Since a lifting device 20 capable of temporarily lifting the grill 16 is fitted to the circulation part 9 so as to be extended/retracted, the grill 16 can be easily mounted by using the lifting device 20 as a guide, and the inside of the circulation part can be inspected with the grill 16 lifted temporarily for increased maintainability.
