PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor pin capable of locking and anchoring a plate member to the surface of a structure for a long period without impairing the beautiful appearance of the structure. SOLUTION: The anchor pin having a predetermined length for locking and anchoring the plate member to the surface of the structure is inserted through a first approximately circular hole of the plate member and inserted through a second approximately circular hole in the surface of the structure, and it is fixed into the first and second circular holes with an adhesive.
