PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw unit capable of reducing noises without time-consuming assembling work. SOLUTION: The ball screw unit comprises a screw shaft 3 having a spiral screw groove 2 at an outer periphery, a nut 6 having a screw groove 4 coping with the screw groove 2 at an inner periphery and engaging with the screw shaft 3, and a multiple ball 3 rotatably filled in a loaded raceway formed between both screw grooves 2 and 4. The amplitude of meandering regarding the number of meandering per one lead of the screw groove 2 at a spiral direction of the screw shaft 3 is set to be 0.01μm rms or less.
