PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change delivery capacity with reducing surplus discharge. SOLUTION: Discharge carried into a delivery port 7<SB>2</SB>from an intake port 5<SB>2</SB>is smaller than that of a first driven gear 10<SB>1</SB>side by q<SB>2</SB>per a space between two teeth of a driven gear. Discharge returned to the intake port 5<SB>2</SB>from the delivery port 7<SB>2</SB>is greater than that of the first driven gear 10<SB>1</SB>side by q<SB>3</SB>per a meshing space of a drive gear and the driven gear as shown in the figure (b). Discharge carried into the delivery port 7<SB>2</SB>from the intake port 5<SB>1</SB>by the drive gear 3 is constant. Consequently, discharge delivered from the delivery port 7<SB>2</SB>by a second driven gear 10<SB>2</SB>can be smaller than discharge delivered from a delivery port 7<SB>1</SB>by the first driven gear 10<SB>1</SB>by drive gear tooth number times of q<SB>2</SB>+q<SB>3</SB>per a revolution of the drive gear.
